Surgery

I'm not sure that everyone outside of my immediate day-to-day interactions knows this.... I tore my ACL back on May 1 while playing rec league flag football. To my credit I was making a great play and intercepted a pass. Unfortunately our team did not win the game. Anyhow, I am having surgery tomorrow afternoon to repair the damage in my knee. I'll go in at 10:30 for pre-op stuff and should go under the knife around 12:30ish. It is pretty routine stuff for the orthopedic surgeon but regardless, I would appreciate your prayers for a smooth operation and a speedy recovery.

PS. I'm sure there are going to be some hilarious stories of the things I say and do while coming out from under anesthesia. Carrie may post those later.
