Fun with Blocks

Ethan enjoys his lego's. We've come a long way from dumping them out and just rolling around in them.... although that still happens. He actually builds "the big tower" now. And then he destroys it of course. But after all, he is a little boy. Destruction is in his nature.... He's so funny.... While he's is building it he will get stuck on saying over and over... "We're building the BIG tower... buildin the big towerrrrrr." Here are some towers.

Blog Blitz

As you may imagine, Carrie and I have been kinda busy over the past few months (let's be honest... years) and have not been consistent with our posting to this blog. We figured that at the very least we could catch up some by posting pictures. So here goes.....


Just looking through pictures now, it is daunting to decide how to split them up and post them. Here are just a couple pictures of the boys to get us started...

Owen meets the Family!

Well, Baby Owen is now 11 days old and it seems like the days are flying by and of course, he's changing everyday.  He is a wonderful baby.  Sleep, eat, poop, repeat.  Ethan is adjusting pretty well.  Life for him was completely disrupted and that can be challenging for anyone, but he's already a good big brother giving hugs to the baby, wanting to hold him and clearly identifying which paci is "the baby's" and which is "Ethan's" :).  Enjoy these pics from the first few days.  More to come.
