Owen meets the Family!

Well, Baby Owen is now 11 days old and it seems like the days are flying by and of course, he's changing everyday.  He is a wonderful baby.  Sleep, eat, poop, repeat.  Ethan is adjusting pretty well.  Life for him was completely disrupted and that can be challenging for anyone, but he's already a good big brother giving hugs to the baby, wanting to hold him and clearly identifying which paci is "the baby's" and which is "Ethan's" :).  Enjoy these pics from the first few days.  More to come.

Painting

It's finally done. We have finished painting the whole house. Here are a couple picks of my little helper.

Winter Grass

Dada has been talking for the last month at least that once all the grass was dead he needed to cut it. Well, Mama has kept Dada busy lately with painting the house, so I decided I'd pull my weight and help out. Today was so pretty that I finally got to be outside for a while. Yay!! And with that I cut the winter grass for Dada. It was hard work and I was going so fast I busted it a few times. But, I got it all done and here's proof:)

Ethan wanted to go outside the other day but didn't have shoes on. I told him we had to go put shoes on and he ran into his room. He pulled open the drawer that has his socks and shoes. He immediately grabbed the one sock in the drawer that did not have a match, of course right?. I offered other socks but he would just say his new favorite word "No!" So we grabbed another odd sock and went with it. I closed the drawer but he promptly said "hat?, hat?" So I let him grab a hat out of the drawer and we went outside. This was the result....
